Welcome to PARR!
The Pacific Association of Reform Rabbis (PARR) is a regional affiliate of members of the Central Conference of American Rabbis. We are true chevrei, here to support, inspire, renew and empower our rabbinic colleagues. Over 300 Reform rabbis in the western United States and Canada have joined PARR. Our members serve as congregational rabbis, military and health care chaplains, teachers, professers, and administrators. PARR also includes numberous retired rabbis.
Over the years PARR has subsidized its members visiting the former USSR and visiting refuseniks, funded the library at URJ’s Camp Newman and created the Goldmark Fund to teach transition management to fifth-year HUC-JIR students.
The Annual PARR Convention, Spring and Fall Meetings are open to all members in good standing.
